<br />First National Bank of Grand Island, Administrator of the Estate of George W.Mithoefer,
<br />ceased, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that notice of the filing of said
<br />eport and of the time and place fixed for final settlement of said estate has been given to

<br />�f said notice being duly filed in this Court; and it further appearing to the Court after full
<br />nation, that the account exhibited by the Administrator is correct in all things and ought'
<br />o be approved and allowed, and it appearing that said Administrator has accounted for all of
<br />aid estate which has come into Its hands,
<br />T IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of said The First National Bank'

<br />he Court further finds that notice was given to all creditors of said estate in the manner

<br />rovided by law of the time and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate of said j
<br />eceased; that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired; that all claims filed and
<br />llowed against said estate have been fully paid and satisfied; that the funeral expenses of j
<br />aid deceased and the costs of administering said estate have been fully paid and that all out -1
<br />tanding claims against said estate not filed, if any such there be, are forever barred and ex-
<br />eluded.
<br />IT IS, _THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons are forever barr
<br />from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of the said George W.Mithoefor
<br />that said estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />e Court finds that said Administrator has received in cash from all sources the sum of
<br />,623.37; that it has expended in cash on account of funeral expenses, court costs and attornett
<br />fees, administrator's fees, taxes, and bills filed against the estate the sum of $1012.60. T
<br />the remainder of the cash on hand has been distributed among the heirs and interested parties
<br />as shown on the final report filed herein.
<br />That the assets in the possession of the Administrator, after sale of such as contributed to
<br />receipts shown on said final report, and being the assets shown on the inventory which were
<br />not sold during the course of Administration are as follows: -
<br />2 Shares of the capital stock of Chapman Telephone Association of Chapman, Nebraska, issued
<br />in the name of G.W.Mithoefer, pax value $15.00 a share - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -,-$30-00
<br />1 Note dated Jan. 29, 1931, due Mar. 1, 1936, signed by Henry Freidrichsen and Margaret
<br />Freidrichsen, his wife, drawing interest at 51% per annum, payable semi - annually from
<br />March 1, 1931, on which there has as yet been no interest paid; and secured by real
<br />estate mortgage on SEJ of Sec. 26 -14-10 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - $3000.00
<br />1 Mortgage bond dated Aug. 24, 1927; due Aug. 24, 1932, signed by Melissa Strong and Orrin
<br />Strong, in the sum of $3ZOO. drawing interest at 6% per annum payable semi- annually, with
<br />mortgage coupon due Febr. 24, 1931 attached and subsequent coupons, secured by real estate
<br />mortgage on N-ff' of SEJ of NE* of Sec. 20 -1�-8, Merrick County- - - - - - - - - - - - $1800.00
<br />1 Note dated Dec. 30, 1926, due in 5 years after date, signed by James B.Jones and Edna
<br />Jones, drawing interest at 6% per annum, payable semi - annually from date and secured by
<br />real estate mortgage on Lot 1, Block 11 A.B.CAdy's Addition to the Village of Chapman,
<br />Nebraska, interest paid to June 301 1930 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - $1800.00
<br />1 Central Power Company first mortgage gold bond, Series D. drawing interest at 5% per
<br />annum, due July 1, 1957, with coupon due July 1, 1931, in the sum of $25.00 and sub-
<br />sequent coupons attached; par value - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - $1000.00
<br />That said assets have been disposed of by an agreement of all interested parties, in-
<br />oluding the Guardian of minor children authorized by order of Court so to do, as follows:-
