<br />(County, Nebraska, on the 21st day of July, 1931, being at the time of her death a resident of 11

<br />Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, and that she died intestate; that she left surviving her,

<br />�a.s her sole and only heirs at law, the following named : - I!
<br />(Bertha Aldrup, a daughter, of Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />Yrank H. Lang, a son, of Council Bluffs, Iowa.
<br />Minnie Meskil, a daughter, of Lincoln, Nebraska, and
<br />!Mildred McKinney, a daughter of Denver, Colorado.
<br />'The Court finds that the said Augusta Lang was at the time of her death the owner of the fol-
<br />,lowing described real estate situited in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />;The Northerly 44 feet of Lot 5 in Block 17 of the Original Town, now city of Grand Island,
<br />`'Nebraska, said tract of land having a westerly frontage of 44 feet on Walnut Street and bounded;
<br />!'on the north by the alley in said block, in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court finds that under the provisions of the law of descent of the state of Nebraska the
<br />'said above described real estate did pass and descend at the death of the said Augusta Land, !.
<br />deceased, in the following manner : -

<br />To Bertha Aldrup, Frank H,Lang, Minnie Meskil and Mildred McKinney, each to take a one - fourth pert
<br />`'thereof in fee simple.
<br />!1T IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, that on the death of said Augusta Lang, deceased,
<br />'the real estate hereinafter described, to -wit:
<br />the Northerly 44 feet of Lot 5 in Block 17 of the Original Town, now city of Grand Island,Nebrafska,
<br />said tract of land having a westerly frontage of 44 feet on Walnut Street and bounded on the
