NEB <br />'to Jacob Bielfeldt in absolute title. <br />The Court further finds that the said Jacob Bielfeldt, at the time of his death, was the owner;; <br />of an undivided one -half interest in and to the Southeast Quarter (SE *) of Section Seven (7) ! <br />and all of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter (NJ SEJ) of Section Ten _(10) Township Elevens' <br />(11), North, of Range Eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, and that under <br />and by virtue of the provisions of the said last will and codicil, all of the above described <br />real estate did pass and descend at the death of the said testator, to Friedrich Wilhelm Bielfeidt, <br />hbut that the said Friedrich Wilhelm Bielfeldt was erroneously referred to in said will as Dietrich <br />-.Wilhelm Bielfeldt, and the Court finds that Friedrich Wilhelm Bielfeldt and Dietrich Wilhelm <br />:Bielfeldt is one and the same person, that all of said real estate passed and descended to the`i <br />:said Friedrich Wilhelm Bielfeldt, subject to the payment of the sum of Five Hundred Dollars <br />($500.00) to Lena Bielfeldt Tagge and subject to a further payment of Five Hundred Dollars <br />($500.00) to Margaret Bielfeldt Hensley. <br />The Court further finds that each of said legacies have been paid and that receipts ha#e been <br />taken from the said Lena Bielfeldt Tagge and Margaret Bielfeldt Hensley and releases from each, <br />of them have been signed, executed and filed with the Court herein and therefore, the above <br />described real estate did pass and descend in absolute title to the said Friedrich Wilhelm <br />Bielfeldt, free and clear of all liens provided foo under said will. <br />The Court further finds that under the last will and codicil of the said Jacob Bielfeldt, that ' <br />.all of the residue and remainder of said estate did pass and descend to Margaret Bielfeldt, wife <br />of Wilhelm Bielfeldt, a brother of the said Jacob Bielfeldt, and that the said Margaret Bilefeldt <br />fhas executed a receipt and filed the same with this court, acknowledging receipt of the payment <br />of the residue of said estate. <br />The Court further finds that the estate of Jacob Bielfeldt deceased was subject to inheritance <br />tax, the total amount of said tax was $110.65; that the said inheritance tax has been paid and" <br />receipt therefore has been filed in this court. <br />The Court further finds that the attorney fees, executor's fees, cost of probating and other <br />expenses and bills in connection with said estate, together with the legacies provided for in <br />said will -.and codicil have been fully paid and settled and that there are no unpaid bills or <br />indebtedness against said estate. <br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND DECREED by the Court that the Northwest Quarter (NWJ) of Section <br />Nine (9) Township Eleven (11) North, of Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, <br />"Nebraska, did pass and descend at the death of the said Jacob Bielfeldt, under the provisions <br />'of his last will and codicil, to his nephew, Jacob Bielfeldt, in absolute title and the said <br />;property is hereby awarded to him. <br />IT IS FURTH.R ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the undivided one -half interest <br />V <br />in and to the South East Quarter (SE+) of Section Seven (7) and all of the North Half of the <br />Southeast Quarter (NJ SE *) of Section Ten (10) Township Eleven (11) North, of Range Eleven (11 <br />belonging to the said Jacob Bielfeldt, deceased, did pass and descend at the death of the said <br />Jacob Bielfeldt, under the provisions of his last will and codicil, to his nephew, Friedrich <br />Wilhelm Bielfeldt, that the said Friedrich Wilhelm Bielfeldt is described in said will and <br />irefrrred to as Dietrich Wilhelm BielfLeldt) but that the correct name of said nephew is Friedri <br />Wilhelm Bielfeldt, and that he is the same person as Dietrich Wilhelm Bielfeldt, described in <br />i`said last will and codicil, and that the above described premises are hereby awarded to him. <br />,The Court further finds that all property coming into the hands of the executor has been accou <br />for, that said estate should be closed and settled, that the said executor is hereby discharge <br />and his bond released, and said estate is forever closed and settled.
