<br />due notice of the filing of said report and of the time and place appointed for the hearing
<br />!thereon, as by law and the order of this court required, and no one having appeared to object
<br />to or protest against the allowance of said report,
<br />After a full examination of said report, the court, being fully advised in the premises, finds
<br />that the same is correct in every respect and ought to be allowed, that the executor has aocou
<br />for all property of said deceased coming into his hands or under his control, and that there
<br />remains no money or other personal property in his possession for distribution.
<br />The Court finds that due notice was given to all creditors of said deceased, as to the time
<br />,allowed and place appointed for filing claims against said estate, that the time so allowed fo
<br />!filing claims has fully expired, that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have be
<br />fully paid and satisfied and that all claims outstanding against said deceased, or his estate

<br />('not filed in this office within the time allowed for filing claims, if any such exist, are the
<br />,';fore forever barred and excluded.
<br />It is therefore considered by the court that the report of B.J.Cunningham, executor, be and th
<br />same is hereby approved and allowed as and for his final account, and he is discharged of his
<br />trust.
<br />IT IS FURTHM CONSIDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all persons are forever barred from filing
<br />or setting any claims or demands against the estate of Jacob Bielfeldt, deceased.

<br />The Court further finds that Jacob Bielfeldt, late of Hall County, Nebraska, departed this lif o
<br />on the 20th day of October, 1932; that he was at the time of his death, a resident and inhabit4nt
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, that he left a last will and testament and codicil, which instrument
<br />was duly proven, allowed and admitted to probate in this Court on the 5th day of December, 193
<br />and said will and codicil has been recorded in this office.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Jacob Bielfeldt was at the time of his death, the owner
<br />in fee simple of the following described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit;
<br />An undivided one -half interest in and to the Southeast Quarter (SE*) of Section Seven (7) in
<br />Township Eleven (11), North of Range Eleven (11) in Hall County, Nebraska, containing 160 acre
<br />a little more or less,
<br />All of the North half of the Southeast Quarter (NJ SEJ) of Section Ten (10) in Township Eleven!!
<br />(11), North, of Range Eleven (11) in Hall County, Nebraska, consisting of eighty acres,
<br />All of the Northwest Quarter (NWJ) of Section Nine (9) in Township Eleven (11) North, of Ranged
<br />Eleven (11) in Hall County, Nebraska, consisting of One Hundred Sixty (160) acres.
<br />The Court further finds that by virtue of the provisions of the last will and testament and
<br />codicil of the said Jacob Bielfeldt, deceased, the Northwest Quarter of Section Nine (9);
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, of Range Eleven (11) in Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and desc
<br />at the death of the said testator, to Jacob Bielfeldt, a nephew of the said Jacob Bielfeldt,
<br />deceased, subject to the payment of Two Thousand Dollars ($2.000.00) to Elise Bielfeldt, and
<br />subject to the payment of One Thousand Dollars ($1000.00) to Theodore John Jacob Bielfeldt an
<br />subject to the payment of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) to Margaret Bielfeldt, and upon the
<br />further condition that the said Jacob Bielfeldt pay all expenses connected with the funeral,
<br />cost of cemetary lot, doctor bills, and expense of the last sickness, and the Court further
<br />finds that the legacy provided for Elise Bielfeldt in the sum of Two Thousand Dollars 02000.
<br />has been paid; that the legacy provided for Theodore John Jacob Bielfeldt in the sum of One
<br />Thousand Dollars ($1000.00) has been paid; that the legacy provided for Margaret Bielfeldt in
<br />the sum of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) has been piio; that all expense of the last illnes
<br />and the doctor bills and funeral expense of the said Jacob Bielfeldt, deceased, have been ful
<br />paid and settled, and that the cost of the cemetary lot in which the said Jacob Bielfeldt,
<br />deceased, was buried, was fully paid and settled, and therefore the said Northwest Quarter'(1N
<br />of Section Nine (9) in Township Eleven (11) North, of Range Eleven (11), does pass and descen
