<br />OF GRAND ISLAND,NEBRASKA.
<br />I, Jacob Bielfeldt, to hereby make and declare the following codicil TO my will dated April 33,
<br />1929; to -wit:
<br />I hereby direct that paragraph "Fourth" of my said will shall be cancelled and that paragraph
<br />"Fourth" be substituted and read as follows, to -wit: All of the rest of my property I give,
<br />devise and bequeath to my sister -in -law, Margaret Bielfeldt, (wife of my brother, Wilhelm
<br />Bielfeldt) she to have the same absolutely and forever.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereto set my hand and seal this 13th day of May, A.D. 1929•
