<br />LAST WILL OF JACOB BIELFELDT of Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That I, Jacob Bielfeldt, of Grand Island, Nebraska, being of
<br />sound mind and disposing memory do make my last will and testament as follows:
<br />FIRST: I direct that all of my just debts be first paid by my Executor as hereinafter set forth»
<br />SECOND: I give and bequeath to my nephew, Jacob Bielfeldt, the Northwast Quarter (NWJ)_" Secti!pl
<br />Nine (9), Township Eleven (11), Range Eleven (11) in Hall County, Nebraska, upon the following
<br />conditions, however, to- wit: That he pay to my niece, Elsie Bielfeldt, the sum of Two thousand
<br />Joh:q
<br />($2000.00) Dollars; that he pay to his son, TheodoreA acob Bielfeldt, the sum of One Thousand
<br />($1000.00) Dollars; that he pay to my sister -in -law, Margaret Bielfeldt, the sum of Three Hund
<br />($300.00) Dollars; and upon the further condition that he pay all of the expenses of my last
<br />sickness, all doctor bills, also all expense connected with my funeral, and shall also pay for
<br />the cost of the cemetery lot in which I am buried. I direct that the payment of the legacies
<br />above set forth shall be made within thirty (30) days after my death.
<br />THIRD: I give devise and bequeath to my nephew, Dietrich Wilhelm Bielfeldt, my undivided
<br />(i) interest in and to the Southeast Quarter (SE*) of Section Seven (7), also all of the North
<br />Half of the Southeast Quarter (NJSEJ) of Section Ten (10), all in Township Eleven (11), Range
<br />Eleven (11), in Hall County, Nebraska, upon the following condition, to- wit: That he pay to my!
<br />niece, Lena Bielfeldt.iTagge the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars; that he pay to my niece,
<br />Margaret Bielfeldt Hensley, the sum of Five Hundred 0500.00) Dollars, said payments to be
<br />within thirty (30) days after my death.
<br />;;FOURTH: All of the rest of my property I give, devise and bequeath to my nephew, Jacob Bielfel�
<br />M FIFTH: I nominate and appoint B.J.Cunningham, Executor of this my last will and testament, and
<br />hereby revoke all former wills by me made.
