FINAL DECREE
IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE )
OF ROBERT C.FINLEY FINAL DECREE.
DECEASED.
Now on this 3 day of December, 1904; this cause came on for hearing upon the report of Sarah i
A.Finley, Administratrix of the estate of Robert C.Finley, deceased, and it satisfactorily
appeasing to me, from the proof on file that all persons interested in said estate have been
duly notified as required by law, and no one appearing to object, and after a full examination;
of said report, the court finds that the same is correct in every respect and ought to be approved
and allowed as and for the final account of said administratrix.
It is therefore considered by me that the account of the said Sarah A.Finley, administratrix,
be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for her final account and that she is .
discharged of her trust, her bond cancelled and her bondsmen released.
The court finds that legal notice was given all persons of the time allowed and place appointed)
for presenting claims against said estate as fixed by a former order of court; that the time
allowed has fully expired; that all claims filed herein and allowed by the court, as well as
the funeral expenses, the expense of the last sickness, and the costs of administering the
estate, have been fully paid and satisfied.
'The court further finds that the said Robert C.Finley left surviving him as his heirs at law,
and his only heirs at law, the following named persons: Sarah A.Finley, his widow, and John
Howard Finley and Reuel Finley, his children.
The court finds that the said Robert C.Finley was at the time of his death, the owner of the
following described real estate situate in the county of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
"The North Half of the North East Quarter of Section Twenty -two, in Township eleven, North, in 1
Range Twelve, Nest of the 6th P.M., and that said premises were occupied by the-said Robert
C.Finley and his family as a home and homestead at the time of his death, and had been so
occupied by the said deceased and his family for several years prior thereto, and that the sait
real estate therefore vests in his said widow, Sarah A.Finley, for life, and at her death the
same passes and descends under the law to the said John Howard Finley and Reuel Finley, and
their heirs and assigns forever.
It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed that the above described real estate, to -wit:
The North Half of the North East Quarter of Section Twenty -two, in Township Eleven, in Range
Twelve, in Hall County, Nebraska, did pass by operation of law, at the death of the said Robe.
C.Finley,:'tjo Sarah A.Finley for the term of her life and at her death the same passes to John
Howard Finley and Reuel Finley, heirs of said Robert C.Finley, to have and to hold to them an
their heirs and assigns forever.
And it is considered and adjudged that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting
any claim or demands against said estate and that the same is fully settled and closed.
J.H.Mullin, County Judge.
