<br />;;Northeast Quarter (NEi) of Section Ten (10) Township Eleven (11) Range Nine (9) in Hall County, 
<br />�IiNebraska; that more than twelve years have elapsed since the death of the said Robert J.Plummer 
<br />Wand that no application has ever been made in the State of Nebraska for the appointment of an li

<br />;administrator of his Estate, nor has administration upon the Estate of the said Robert J.Plumme�)

<br />':j The court further finds that the said Robert J . Plummer left surviving him as his heirs at law i 
<br />;and only heirs at law the following named persons, to -wit: William G.Plummer, Pearl Rogers; 
<br />Blanche Campbell; Leona Hofherr, a son and daughters; Mabel Jay and Harry Jay, being the sole 
<br />surviving children and heirs at law of Jennie Jay, a deceased daughter of Robert J.Plummer, all1

<br />of whom are of legal age; that upon the death of the said Robert J.Plummer, under the laws of 
<br />I 
<br />the State of Nebraska, then in force, the real estate hereinbefore described passed and d escen4pd 
<br />to William G.Plummer, Pearl Rogers, Blanche Campbell, Leona Hofherr, each an undivided one -fif* 
<br />(1/5) interest therein, and to Mabel Jay and Harry Jay, sole surviving children and heirs at 1�

<br />of Jennie Jay, a deceased daughter of Robert J.Plummer, each an undivided one -tenth (1 /10) in- 
<br />terest therein. 
<br />The court further finds that at the death of the said Robert J.Plummer, said real estate herei 
<br />before described, was of the value of Four Hundred Dollars and that it is now of the gross va 
<br />of about Four Hundred Dollars. 
<br />;The court further finds that the said Robert J.Plummer, deceased, left a personal estate suf- 
<br />If icient to pay his funeral expenses, and claims and that such funeral expenses and debts have 
<br />.;been fully paid; that if any other debts existed against the Estate of the said Robert J.Plummr, 
<br />deceased, such debts are long since precluded, and the court further finds that the costs of this 
<br />!?proceeding have been paid in full. 
<br />::IT IS THEREFORE ADJUDGED, ORDERED AND DECREED BY THE COURT, that the said Robert J.Plummer,

<br />.died intestate in Hall County, in the State of Nebraska, on the 4th day of March, A.D. 19142 
<br />that at the time of his death, he was a resident and inhabitant of Grand Island, Hall County, 
<br />Nebraska; that more than twelve years have elapsed since the death of the said Robert J.P 
<br />that no administration has ever been had or applied for upon the Estate of Robert J.Plummer, 
<br />deceased, in the State of Nebraska; that the said Robert J.Plummer died seized as the owner in 
<br />fee simple title of an estate of inheritance in Lot Twenty -five (25) and the South Half (5�L) o 
<br />Lot Twenty -six (26) in Frank P.Barks Sub-division; Number Two, being a part of the East Half 
<br />(Egl) of the Northeast Quarter (NEJ) of Section Ten (10) Township Eleven (11) Range Nine (9) in 
<br />Hall County, Nebraska; that he left surviving him William G.Plummer, a son; Pearl Rogers, a 
<br />';daughter; Blanche Campbell, a daughter; Leona Hofherr, a daughter; and Mabel Jay and Harry Jayj 
<br />I 
<br />"being the sole surviving children and heirs at law of Jennie Jay, a deceased daughter of Robert 
<br />J.Plummer, all of legal age, as his heirs at law and his only heirs at law; that under the lawol 
<br />of descent of the State of Nebraska, in force at the time of the death of the said Robert J. 
<br />Plummer, the said property passed and descended as follows: 
<br />To William G.Plummer, a son, one -fifth thereof. 
<br />To Pearl Rogers, a daughter, one -fifth thereof. 
<br />To Blanche Campbell, a daughter, one -fifth thereof. 
<br />To Mabel Jay, a grand - daughter, one -tenth thereof. 
<br />To Harry Jay, a grand -son, one -tenth thereof.
