<br />That by the provisions of the last will and testament of said John W.Evans, deceased, the said
<br />above described real estate, to -wit:

<br />and its compliment fractional Lot Five (5), in Block One (1) Charles Wasmerts Addition to Grand;
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Northwest quarter of Section Eleven (11), Township Fourteen (14), Range Nine (9) West of
<br />the Sixth P.M. in Howard County, Nebraska.
<br />The Southwest quarter of Section Twelve (12), Township Fifteen (15), Range Ten (10), West of tYe
<br />Sixth P.M., Howard County, Nebraska,
<br />was devised to his wife, Maggie Evans, for and during the term of her natural life, the remainder
<br />thereof on the death of said MagE5ie Evans to pass to his son, Verdon E.Evans, in fee simple.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that said estate is fully settled and closed
<br />and that said Executor is discharged.

<br />Now on this 28th day of December, 1926) this cause came on for hearing upon the petition of +'
<br />William G.Plummer, heretofore filed herein, praying that the court determine and find the date!;
<br />of the death of Robert J.Plummer, deceased; that the said Robert J.Plummer died intestate; than
<br />the heirs -at -law of the said Robert J.Plummer be determined by the court and their respective
<br />degree of kinship fixed and that the right of descent of the real estate of the said Robert J.'e
<br />Plummer be determined, and it appearing to the court from the proofs on file that due and legal
<br />,notice, by publication, has been given, as by law and the order of this court required to all
<br />creditors, heirs and persons interested in the estate of the said deceased, of the time of the;
<br />filing of said petition, and of the time and place fixed for hearing there6n, which time was
<br />for more than thirty days and less than sixty days after the filing of said petition, and there'
