of record mortgages in which I appear as mortgagee; to invest and re- invest any surplus monies
<br />belonging to said trust estate, in interest - bearing first mortgages, municipal or United States'
<br />Government Bonds, and in general to do and perform thosethings necessary in the premises to in
<br />west, re- invest and safeguard the personal property and securities of which I die possessed. To
<br />pay to my wife, Maggie Evans, at stated intervals as by her requested, the entire net income
<br />from said trust estate, and at her death to pay to my son Verdon E.Evans, the principal of said,
<br />trust fund with any accumulated income therefrom, to be held by him absolutely.
<br />SIXTH: I nominate and aLLpoint my son, Verdon E.Evans, as Executor of this my last will and
<br />'testament, and direct that while acting in that capacity he be not required to furnish bond.
