<br />said deceased and the costs of administering laid estate have been fully paid and that all out -'
<br />,standing claims against said estate not filed, if any such there be, are forever barred and
<br />excluded.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons are forever barred
<br />'from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of the said Minnie Goehring
<br />and that said estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court finds that said Executrix has received in cash from all sources the sum of $69.97;
<br />that she has expended in cash on account of funeral expenses, court costs and attorneys, fees in
<br />the estate matter, on account of bills filed against the estate and expenses connected with said
<br />estate the sum of $1060.87. That said Executrix has disbursed $990.90 in excess of receipts;
<br />that said Execut7ix makes no claim on account of the excess of disbursements over receipts for ;'
<br />the reason that she and her sister, Hattie Bevier, to whom all the residue of the estate was
<br />,left, including real estate in said estate, have entered into an agreement whereby this deficit
<br />is to be paid from the proceedsof the sale of said real estate at and when the same is sold and
<br />prior to the distribution of said real estate between the said Hattie Bevier and said Executrix.
<br />That the certificate of stock in States Petroleum Corporation and the certificates of stock in
<br />'Interstate Petroleum Company have been delivered to Mrs. James MacCleod, legatee, to whom the
<br />same were bequeathed under the last will and testament of the deceased; that the certificates
<br />of stock of National City Bank of New York listed in the inventory have been transferred to
<br />Theckla Goehring, legatee, to whom the same were bequeathed under the last will and testament
<br />of said deceased.
<br />SIT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the disbursements as set forth in the
<br />final report of the Executrix filed herein be and the same are_,approved and allowed.
<br />The Court finds that the said Minnie Goehring departed this life at her home in Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, on the 5th day of September, 1931, being at the time of her death a
<br />resident of grand Is1r,nd,Hall County, Nebraska, and that she died testate, leaving a last will
<br />and testament which was admitted to probate on the 6th day of October, 1931.
<br />The Court finds that the said Minnie Goehring died seized as the owner in fee simple of the
<br />following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />An undivided one -fifth interest in the following;
<br />Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 in Block 5 of Arnold and Abbott's Addition to the city of Grand Island, in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />All of the Westerly one -half of Lot 32 and also the Easterly fourteen feet,8i inches (14 ft 92 in.)
<br />of Lot 4, all in Block 56 of the Original Mown, now City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska)
<br />together with certain rights and interests in and to a certain party wall located on said Lot
<br />as more particularly set forth in party wall lease by and between the Dolan Fruit Company and
<br />Richard and Pauline Goehring, recorded in Book 110" at page 600 of the records of Hall,County
<br />Register of Deeds.
<br />That by the provisions of the last will and testament of said Minnie Goehring, deceased, said
<br />above described real estate, to -wit:
<br />An undivided one -fifth intere=st in the following:
<br />Lots 12 22 3, and 4 in Block 5 of Arnold and Abbott's Addition to the city of Grand Island, in;
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />All of the Westerly one -half of Lot 3, and also the Easterly fourteen feet, inches,(14 ft S in)
<br />of Lot 4, all in Block 56 of the Original Town, now City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />together with certain rights and interests in and to a certain party wall located on said Lot
<br />4 as more particularly set forth in party wall lease by and between the Dolan Fruit Company anti
<br />Richard and Pauline Goehring, recorded in Book 110" at page 600 of the records of Hall County
<br />Register of Deeds,
<br />was devised to her sisters Theckla Goehring and Hattie Bevier, each to take an undivided one -
<br />half of said property, absolutely in fee simple.
<br />The Court finds that said estate and the individual shares of the heirs thereof are not subject
<br />to inheritance tax under the laws of the state of Nebraska. Paul N.Sirk
