<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF
<br />MINNIE GOEHRING
<br />I, Minnie Goehring, of Grand Island)Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing
<br />memory, do make and publish this, my last will and testament, by it revoking all former wills
<br />by me made.
<br />FIRST
<br />+I direct that my Executrix, hereinafter named, pay all my just debts, including the expense of',
<br />my last sickness and death and the costs and expenses of admitting this will to probate and
<br />administering my estate, from such personal property as I may have on hand, and as soon after
<br />my death as can be conveniently arranged.
<br />SECOND
<br />I give and bequeath unto Mrs. James MacCleod, of Los Angeles, California, my certain stock in
<br />the Interstate Petroleum Company, she, the said Mrs. James MacCleod, to take said Interstate
<br />Petroleum Company stock absolutely, and my Executrix, hereinafter named, is directed to see
<br />that the same is properly transferred to her.
<br />THIRD
<br />I give, devise and bequeath unto my sisters, Theckla Goehring and Hattie Bevier, all of the
<br />property, real and personal, that came to me from the estate of my father, Richard Goehring, axed
<br />which now belongs to me as an heir at law of my said father, each of my said sisters to take ai
<br />undivided one -half interest of said property absolutely.
<br />FOURTH
<br />All the rest, residue and remainder of my property, both real and personal, of whatsoever form,!
<br />and description and wherever situated, I give, devise and bequeath unto my sister, Theckla
<br />Goehring, to be by her held absolutely.
<br />FIFTH
<br />°I name, nominate and appoint my sister, Theckla Goehring, as Executrix of this, my last will
<br />and testament, and direct that she be not required to furnish bond while acting in that capacity.
