<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the.report of said The First National
<br />f Grand Island,Administrator of the estate of Melisa J.Sheffield, deceased, be and the same it!
<br />approved as and for its final report.
<br />The Court further finds that notice was given to all creditors of said estate in the manner
<br />provided by law of the time and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate of said
<br />deceased; that the time allowed for filing claims has full- expired; that all claims filed and
<br />allowed against said estate have been fully paid and satisfied; that the funeral expenses of '
<br />said deceased and the costs of administering said estate have been fully paid and that all out-1,l
<br />standing claims against said estate not filed, if any such there be, are forever barred and
<br />lexcluded.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons are forever barren
<br />from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of the said Melisa J.Sheffiq'�d
<br />deceased, and that said estate is fully settled and closed.

<br />The Court finds that said Administrator has received in cash from all sources the sum of $459.89;
<br />ii
<br />that it has expended in cash on account of court costs, attorneys' fees, administrator's fees
<br />and bill against said estate, the sum of $340.70. That the remainder of the cash on hand has
<br />been distributed among the heirs at law and interested parties in proportion to their distributive
<br />shares. That said Administrator has account f or.a'l funds that have come into his hands.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the disbursements as set forth in the find

<br />report of the Administrator filed herein be and the same are approved and allowed.

<br />The Court finds that the said Melisa J.Sheffield departed this life on the 5th day of June, 193'I 1,
<br />at Bassanc,Alberta, Canada, being at the time of her death a resident of Grand Island,Hall
<br />i
<br />County, Nebraska, and that she died intestate; that she left surviving her, as her sole and
<br />only heirs at law, the following named : -
<br />James Sheffield, a son, of Grand Island,Nebraska,
<br />Clarence Sheffield, a son, of Grand Island,Nebraska,
<br />Grace Agnes Kent, a daughter, of Los Angeles, Calif.,
<br />Zenia Don Sluss, a daughter, of Countess, Alberta, Canada,
<br />Wilma Huehn, and Arthur Huehn, adopted children of
<br />Allie Belle Huehn, a deceased daughter.
<br />The Court finds that the said Melisa J.Sheffield was at the time of her death the owner of the
<br />following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska: j
<br />Lot 3, Block 10, Russell Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island, �!
<br />Nebraska.
<br />The Court finds that under the provisions of the law of descent of the state of Nebraska said
<br />above described real estate did pass and descend at the death of the said Melisa J.Sheffield, j
<br />deceased, in the following manner : -
<br />To James Sheffield, Clarence Sheffield, Grace Agnes Kent, and Zenia Don Sluss, each a one -fi
<br />and Arthur Huehn
<br />part thereof in fee simple, and to Wilma Huehn, Aeach a one -tenth part thereof in fee simple.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that on the death of said Melisa J.Sheffield,
<br />deceased, the real estate hereinafter described, to -wit:
<br />Lot 3, Block 10, Russell Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska,
<br />did pass and descend under the laws of descent in the State of Nebraska, as follows: -
<br />To James Sheffield, Clarence Sheffield, Grace Agnes Kent and Zenia Don Sluss, each a one -fift'
<br />part thereof, and to Wilma Huehn and Arthur Huehn, each a one -tenth part thereof, in fee simp
<br />The Court further finds that the above described real estate was sold by the Administrator un
<br />an order of the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, for the purpose of paying debts agai
<br />said estate, and the receipts as shown in the final report of the Administrator are the proce
<br />of the sale of said real estate as per order of the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska.
