<br />The Court finds that under the provisions of the law of descent of the state of Nebraska the
<br />said above described real estate did pass and descend at the death of the said Julia Frohberg,
<br />.deceased, in the following manner: -
<br />.To Carl Frohberg, Amy Miller, and Edna Frohberg, each to take a one -third party thereof in fee
<br />simple.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED,that on the death of said Julia Frohberg, de-
<br />ceased, the real estate hereinafter described, to -wit : -
<br />The Easterly 1/3 of Lot 6, Block 54, Grand Island,Nebraska;
<br />The Easterly 22 feet of the Westerly 44 feet of the South half of Lot 6, Block 54, Grand Island
<br />Nebraska;
<br />Fractional Lot 5, in Block 3, Arnold Place, with its compliment fractional Lot 5, Block 51
<br />Spending & Greggs Addition to Grand Island,Nebraska;
<br />did pass and descend under the laws of descent in the State of Nebraska, as follows : -
<br />To Carl Frohberg, Amy Miller and Edna Frohberg, each a one -third part thereof in fee simple.
<br />The Court finds that said estate, and the individual shares of the heirs thereof, is not
<br />subject to inheritance tax under the laws of the state of Nebraska.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that said estate is fully settled and closed
<br />and that said Administrator is discharged.
