<br />Now on this 16 day of August 1932; this matter came on for hearing upon the final report of j
<br />i'
<br />The First National Bank of Grand Island,Administrator of the Estate of Julia Frohberg, deceased,
<br />and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that notice of the filing of said report and'(
<br />of the time and place fixed for final settlement of said estate has been given to all persons
<br />interested in said estate as by law and order of this Court tequired, and the proofs of said
<br />notice being duly filed in this Court; and it further appearing to the Court after full examin-
<br />lation, that the account exhibited by the Administrator is correct in all things and ought to b4
<br />!i
<br />approved and allowed, and it appearing that said Administrator has accounted for all of said I�
<br />estate which has come into its hands,
<br />jIT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of said The First National Banl
<br />of Grand Island,Administrator of the estate of Julia Frohberg, deceased,be and the same is
<br />approved as and for its final report.
<br />The Court further finds that notice was given to all creditors of said estate in the manner
<br />provided by law of the time and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate of said
<br />deceased; that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired; that all claims filed ands
<br />allowed against said estate have been fully paid and satisfied; that the funeral expenses of
<br />i
<br />said deceased and the costs of administering said estate have been fully paid and that all
<br />outstanding claims against said estate not filed, if any such there be, are forever barred and;
<br />i
<br />excluded.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT, that all persons are forever
<br />barred from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of the said Julia
<br />Frohberg and that said estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court finds that said Administrator has received in cash from all sources the sum of
<br />I
<br />$2205.50;tthat it has expended in cash on account of funeral expenses, court costs and attorney
<br />fees, administrator's fees, taxes, and bills filed against the estate the sum of $2186.19. Tha
<br />the balance on hand shown upon said final report, in the sum of $19.32, was delivered to Amy
<br />Miller, daughter of said deceased, and one of the heirs at law, for the purpose of using said
<br />I
<br />funds in the care of Carl Frohberg, a mental incompetent, and Edna Frohberg, daughter of deceased,
<br />both of whom were heirs at law of said deceased. is
<br />That the personal property mentioned in said inventory, consisting of watch, jewelry, knives, !.
<br />I
<br />etc., not accounted for in the final report of said deceased, were turned over to the said Amyl
<br />Miller for the use and benefit of all of the heirs of said estate•
<br />The Court finds that the said Julia Frohberg departed this life at her home in Grand Island, I
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, on the 22nd day of July, 1931, being at the time of her death a resident
<br />of Full County, Nebraska, and that she died intestate; that she left surviving her, as her so
<br />and only heirs at law, the following named : -
<br />Carl Frohberg, a son, of Lancaster County, Nebraska,
<br />_Amy Miller, a daughter, of Chicago, Illinois,
<br />Edna Frohberg, a daughter of Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />The Court finds that the said Julia Frohberg was at the time of her death the owner of the
<br />following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska: -
<br />The Easterly 113 of Lot 6, Block 54, Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />The Easterly 22 feet of the Westerly 44 feet of the South half of Lot 6, Block 54,Grand Isl
