<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />In the matter of the estate
<br />of FINAL DECREE.
<br />William McKnight, deceased.
<br />Now, on this 13th day of June, 1933, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />Grace McKnight Trout, Administratrix of said estate, and the Court, having examined the reco
<br />and files and being fully advised in the premises, finds that due and legal notice has been
<br />given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for hearing upon
<br />said report.
<br />The Court further finds, after having examined the final report, files, vouchers, and testimony
<br />offered, that the report is true and correct and ought to be allowed as and for the final report
<br />of said Administratrix.
<br />The Court further finds that William McKnight, also known as William R.McKnight, died on the
<br />30th day of January, 1922, at his place of residence in Hall County, Nebraska, and at the ti
<br />of his death was a resident and inhabitant of said county and state; that a pet -_tion was file
<br />for the appointment of an administratrix and Grace McKnight was appointed and qualified as sudh;
<br />that said William McKnight, also known as William R.McKnight, died seized of the following
<br />described real estate, to -wit: Lots One (1), Three-(3) and Five (5) in Block Fifteen (15),
<br />Lots Five (5), Seven (7), Thirteen (13) and Fifteen (15) in Block Sixteen (16) in University
<br />Place, an addition to the city of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska.
