<br />ichard Erdbruger, Executor of said Estate, and his petition for the approval and allowance of 
<br />maid report, the settlement of said estate and his discharge herein, and the Court having exami4ed 
<br />,said report, together with the vouchers attached thereto, finds that said report is true and 
<br />correct in all things, and should be approved and allowed as and for said executor's final repot, 
<br />said estate settled and closed, said executor discharged and released from any further liabilit 
<br />in said matter. 
<br />The Court further finds that Richard Erdbruger, son of said deceased, filed his petition in thin_ 
<br />`Court on the first day of December, 19322 alleging among other things that the said Fred Erdb"er, 
<br />departed this life at his residence in Hall County, Nebraska, on the 27th day of November, 1932 
<br />leaving a Last Will and Testament, wherein said petitioner was named executor; that the Court 
<br />thereupon fixed a time for making proof of said Last Will and Testament, and due notice of the 
<br />filing of said petition and of the time and place fixed for hearing thereon was given by the 
<br />Court in the manner provided by law, and on the 27th day of December_, 1932, said Will was admitted 
<br />to probate as the Last Will and Testament of said deceased, and Letters Testamentary were duly 
<br />issued thereon to Richard Erdbruger, authorizing him to administer said estate in accordance with 
<br />the terms and provisions of said will. 
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given of the time and place fixed 
<br />for filing claims against said estate, and that all persons having claims against said estate nO t 
<br />:filed within the time fixed by the Court, if any such there be, are forever barred, excluded and. 
<br />enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate. 
<br />The Court further finds that said deceased departed this life leaving as his heirs -at -law and 
<br />!only heirs -at -law, the following named persons : -

<br />Louise Erdbruger, surviving widow, 
<br />.Richard Erdbruger, a son, and 
<br />Rose Moore, a daughter, 
<br />IThe Court further finds that all the personal property listed in the inventory filed herein has! 
<br />been reduced to cash in the amount of $3962.28, and after the payment of a legacy in the amount!' 
<br />;of $1.00 each to Richard Erdbruger, Rose Moore and Theodore Erdbruger, and the expenses of ad- 
<br />6; 
<br />;ministering said estate, the balance thereof has been assigned and set over to Louise Erdbruger] 
<br />;surviving widow and residuary legatee of said estate. 
<br />'The Court further finds that the said .Fred Erdbruger at the time of his death was the owner

<br />''The West Twenty -two Feet of Lot Three (3) and all of Lot Four (4) in Block "A" of Boehmts Sub-

<br />(SJS*) of Section Sixteen in Township Eleven, North of Range Nine, also being a part of the 
<br />;Northwest Quarter of t #e Northeast Quarter (NW�NEJ) of Section Twenty -one in Township Eleven, 
<br />North of Range Nine (9), all ,nest of the Sixth P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, and 
<br />-'The West Half of the East Half of the South Half (WJEJSJ) of Block Nine (9) in Windolphts Addit�on 
<br />i 
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, 
<br />fall of which was devised, under the terms and provisions of said Will, to Louise Erdbruger, sure 
<br />viving widow of said deceased, in fee simple title.

<br />The Court further finds that said deceased was known as Fred Erdbruger, and also as Fred Erdbrupger, 
<br />i 
<br />sand that wherever said names appear with a different spelling, they refer to and are one and thl 
<br />same person. 
<br />The Court further finds that said Estate is not subject to the payment of an Inheritance Tax 
<br />!either under the laws of the State of Nebraska, or the United States. 
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of Richard

<br />Erdbruger, Executor, be, and the same is hereby approved and allowed as his final report and
