That by the terms and provisions of the last will and testament of said Frederick R.Heins,
<br />deceased, said real estate was devised as _follows: An undivided one- fourth (1/4) of said
<br />Lot seven (7), in Block five (5)s of H.G.Clark's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebrask *,
<br />to said daughter, Myrtle I.Enck, and all the rest, residue and remainder of said real estate to
<br />the said Margaret B.Schaupp, Catherine A.Linder; Anna E.Polzel, Myrtle I.Enck, George C.Heins,,
<br />and Edward J.Heins, equally, share and share alike.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the court:
<br />1.
<br />That the report of the executor, George C.Heins, filed herein, be and the same is hereby in
<br />all things approved and allowed as and for his final account, and in full settlement of his
<br />trust; that the distribution made by said executor is hereby-Approved and confirmed; that he
<br />be discharged from his trust, and he and his bondsmen released from all further liability on
<br />their official bond.

<br />That the undivided two -third (2/3) of Lot seven (7), in Block five (5), of H.G.C1ark's Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska, be and the same is hereby assigned as follows:
<br />An undivided twenty -three seventy seconds (23/72) of all of said lot to the said Myrtle I.Enck
<br />and an undivided five seventy seconds (5/72) of all of said lot to each, Margaret B.Schaupp,
<br />Catherine A.Linder, Anna E.Polzel, George C.Heins, and Edward J.Heins,
<br />ill.
<br />That the Northwest Quarter (NWJ) of Section nineteen (19) in Township twelve (12),North of
<br />Range eight (S), West of the 6th P.M., in Merrick County, Nebraska, be and the same.is_ hereby
<br />assigned to Margaret B.Sohaupp,_Catherine A.Linder, Anna E.Polzel, Myrtle I.Enck, George C.
<br />Heins, and Edward J.Heins, equally, share and share alike.
