<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />Frederick W.Heins, deceased.
<br />BE IT REMEMBERED that on this 16th day of May, A.D.,1933, this day being the day fixed for
<br />approving the executor's final account, and hearing on his petition for distribution, and assi
<br />ment of the residue of said estate, it appearing from proofs filed that due notice was given b
<br />ipublication of the time heretofore fixed for said hearing, and the evidence, and the court bei
<br />fully advised finds:
<br />1. That Frederick W.Heins departed this life on the 21st day of November, A.D. 1932, testate,
<br />leaving surviving him as his heirs at law, next of kin, and the only persons interested in his
<br />estate, his daughters, Mrs.Margaret B.Schaupp, of Chadron, Nebraska, Mrs. Catherine A.Linder,
<br />of St. Libory, Nebraska, Mrs. Anna E.Polzel and Mrs. Myrtle I.Enck, of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />and sons, George C.Heins, and Edward J.Heins, of Grand Island,Nebraska, all of legal age; that
<br />he left no widow him surviving; that he left no other living children or the living issue of
<br />deceased children who are heirs of his estate and interested therein; that he was a resident
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, at the time of his death.
<br />2. That on the 23d day of December, A.D.. 1932, the last will and testament of said Frederick W.�
<br />Heins, deceased, was duly proved, allowed, and admitted to probate, and on said date, George C.
<br />Heins was appointed executor of said estate, qualified as such, and has been acting in such
<br />I
<br />capacity ever since.
<br />3. That due notice was given to creditors of the time limited in which to file claims against I
<br />I
<br />said estate; that such time has duly expired; that all claims against said estate, including I
<br />the expenses of the last illness of the decedent, his funeral expenses, and the costs of admini
<br />tration have been paid in full; that the further presentation and hearing of claims against i
<br />said estate is forever barred; that there is no inheritance tax due the State of Nebraska, ands
<br />I
<br />no estate tax due to the United States of America.
<br />That the provision contained in paragraph 111 of the last will and testament of said decedent
<br />has been fully complied with, and a receipt is on file from E.W.Augustine, Treasurer of the
<br />English Lutheran Church of Grand Island,Nebraska, for $100.00, being the full amount due as
<br />provided therein.
<br />4. That the report of the executor filed herein is in all things true and correct, and should
<br />be approved and allowed as his final report, and the distribution of the residue in his hands,
<br />in accordance with the terms and provisions of the last will and testament of said deoeased,
<br />should be approved and confirmed.
<br />5. That the said Frederick W.Heins died seized and possessed of the following described real
<br />estate, to--�wit:
