<br />,I give and bequeath to the building fund of the English Lutheran Church, of Grand Island, Nebraska
<br />the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) and direct that said bequest be paid to the Treasurer
<br />of said church, and the receipt of said Treasurer shall be sufficient discharge of the executor.

<br />I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter, Myrtle I.Enck, of Grand Island,Nebraska, an'undividpd
<br />one- fourth of Lot seven (7) in Block five () of H.G.Clark's Addition to the city of Grand Island
<br />Nebraska, to have and to hold forever.

<br />All the rest, residue and remainder of my property and estate, real, personal and mixed, of
<br />every nature and kind and wherever situated, of which I die seized or possessed, or to which I

<br />am entitled at the time of qr death, I give, devise and bequeath to my children, Mrs. Margaret
<br />B.Schaupp, of Chadron, Nebraska, George C.Heins, of Merrick County, Nebraska, Mrs. Catherine A.
<br />Linder, of Hall County, Nebraska, Edward J.Heins, of Merrick County, Nebraska, Mrs. Anna E.
<br />Polzel and Mrs. Wrtle I.Enck, both of Grand Island, Nebraska, equally, share and share alike,'
<br />to have and to hold forever.

<br />In the event that any of the beneficiaries hereinbefore named, die prior to my death, leaving
<br />surviving no lawful issue, the legacy and device give and granted herein to such beneficiary
<br />or beneficiaries as shall not survive me, shall lapse, and the legacy and device so lapsing or,
<br />failing shall go to and form a part of my residuary estate and be disposed of under and in accord-
<br />;ance with the provisions of the fourth paragraph of this, my will.
