<br />he Court finds that the said Josephine R.Dolan departed this life on the 9th day of June, 1931
<br />eaving a last will and testament which was admitted to probate on the 29th day of July, 1931.
<br />he Court finds that the said Josephine R.Dolan died seized as the owner in fee simple of the
<br />ollowing described real estate situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:

<br />11 of the above mentioned real estate did pass to Rachel E.McCann, absolutely,.in fee simple.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED BY THE COURT that by the terms and provisions of the last will
<br />testament of the said Josephine R.Dolan, deceased, all of the above mentioned real estate did
<br />descend at her death to the said Rachel E.McCann, absolutely in fee simple.

<br />I hereby name, designate and appoint my son, George C.Heins, of Merrick County, Nebraska, the
<br />executor.of this, my last will and testament.

<br />I direct that all my subsisting debts, including the expenses of my last illness and administ
<br />tion of my estate be paid as soon as possible after my death, and so far as possible from my
<br />personal estate.
