<br />he Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and
<br />lace fixed by the Court for hearing said administrator's final report, and the Court having
<br />sidered the objecti©ne.. thereto, and having examined said report, together with the vouchers
<br />n file, finds that said report is true and correct in all things, and should be approved and
<br />llowed as and for said administrator's final report, said estate settled and closed and said
<br />inistrator discharged when he has complied with the findings of this decree.
<br />e Court further finds that said deceased had a Bank Account in the First National Bank of
<br />Island,Nebraska, in the sum of $63.38, which was not discovered by said administrator
<br />until after said final report was filed, and that after deducting the expenses of transmitting
<br />the balance of the securities on hand, and other assets in the hands of said administrator to
<br />the Title Guarantee & Trust Company, 176 Broadway, New York City, the balance of said Amount
<br />should be distributed in equal shares to said heirs.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate has been appraised for the purpose of determining the
<br />Inheritance Tax due, and Georg Lippelt, nephew of said deceased, was assessed an Inheritance
<br />Tax of $90.16,which has been deducted from his distributive share of said estate, and paid to
<br />the County Treasurer, of Hall County, Nebraska, and that the balance of said estate, descendin,
<br />to the remaining heirs,.is not subject to the payment of an Inheritance Tax, either by virtue
<br />the Laws of the State of Nebraska, or the United States.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims
<br />against said estate, if any such there be, are forever barred, excluded and enjoined from set-
<br />ting up ot'asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of C.J.Palmer,
<br />Administrator of the Estate of Gertrude Lippelt, deceased, be and the same is hereby, in all
<br />things, approved and allowed as and for his final report, with the exception of the Bank Accou
<br />hereinbefore mentioned,.which was omitted from said report, and subsequently distributed to th
<br />heirs of said deceased, after deducting the expense of transmitting the balance of the securit
<br />on hand to the Title Guarantee & Trust Company, 176 Broadway, New York City, and that when sai
<br />Administrator has made final distribution to the heirs, and filed their receipts herein for sa
<br />and the receipt of the Title Guarantee & Trust Company, 176 Broadway, New York City, said esta
<br />is hereby settled and closed and said administrator discharged and released from any and all
<br />further liability in said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate, situated in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and balance of the personal property, remaining in the possession of
<br />said administrator, as hereinbefore described, -did pass and descend under and by virtue of the
<br />Statutes of Descent of the State of Nebraska, at the death of said deceased, as hereinbefore
<br />found by the Court, and distribution thereof is hereby accordingly made.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that C.J.Palmer, the duly appointed,
<br />'1qualified and acting administrator of said estate, be and hereby is ordered to transmit to the
