<br />signed by each and all of said heirs, authorizing and empowering him to cancel said securities
<br />and have new securities issued in the name of said heirs in proportion to their distributive f

<br />having examined said petition, together with the several powers of attorney, attached thereto
<br />and the receipts of all the heirs f iled herein, adYtnowledging receipt of their distributive
<br />share, and confirming the powers of attorney to said administrator, authorizing him to transmit
<br />all of said securities, hereinbefore described, to the Title Guarantee & Trust Company, 176
<br />Broadway, New York City, finds that said administrator is authorized and empowered to transmit
<br />all of the securities, hereinbefore described, to the Title Guarantee & Trust Company, 176
