<br />:'to Bessie Thesenvitz, an undivided one- third, subject to the life esstate of said Mary Thesenvitz,
<br />said premises comprising the homestead of the said William F.Thesenvitz and Mary Thesenvitz at the
<br />time of the death of said William F.Thesenvitz.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of said
<br />'Administratrix be, and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for her final report, and
<br />said estate is hereby settled and closed and said Administratrix discharged as such and is her$ -

<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all persons having claims against said estate$;
