t <br />0 <br />mm <br />I <br />AM YJ EA-11 VID913111 <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HAll COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />In the Matter of the estate <br />of FINAL DECREE. <br />William F.Thesenvitz, deceased. <br />w, on this 9th day of May, 1933, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of Mary <br />Thesenvitz, Administratrix of the estate of William F.Thesenvitz, deceased, and upon her petiti <br />for a settlement of said estate and her discharge herein, the Court, having examined the report <br />and the records and files and being fully advised in the premises, finds that due and legal <br />notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place fixed for <br />hearing upon said final report, and no one appearing to object thereto, the Court examined the <br />same, together with the vouchers on file and the testimony in support thereof, and being fully <br />advised in the premises, finds that said report is true and correct and ought to be approved <br />and allowed as and for the final report of said Administratrix. <br />IThe Court further finds that said William F.Thesenvitz, departed this life at his place of <br />,residence in Hall County, Nebraska, on March 11, 1932, and that he was a bona fide resident of <br />said county y and state. <br />IThe Court further finds that on the 18th day of March, 1932, the said Mary Thesenvitz, widow, <br />filed a petition herein, for letters of administration to be granted her upon the property of <br />said deceased; that due notice of the time and place fixed for hearing upon said petition was <br />the Court as by law provided, and that on the 13th day of April, 1932s the said Mary <br />Thesenvitz was appointed administratiox of the property of said deceased, and duly qualified <br />as such. <br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time anc <br />place fixed by the Court for the filing of claims against said estate, and that all claims <br />against said estate hare been paid; that the time for filing claims has expired, and all person <br />having claims against said estate, and not filed herein, if any such there be, are forever <br />barred from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate. <br />The Court further finds that said William F.Thesenvitz died seized of the following described <br />real estate: <br />The west half of the southwest quarter of Section Twenty -seven (27), in Township Eleven (11) <br />Forth, Range Ten (10) Pest of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The Court further finds that there was no inheritance tax to be paid. <br />The Court further finds that all of the property, real and personal, in the hands of said admix <br />istratrix, has been distributed as by law provided, and the orders of the Court herein made. <br />The Court further finds that all claims against said estate and the costs of this proceeding <br />have been paid, and that nothing belonging to said estate remains in the hands of said adminis- <br />tratrix, and that all claims not filed herein are forever barred and excluded. <br />The Court further finds that the amount of the claims exceeds the amount of receipts and person <br />property, and that the difference has been paid by the widow of said William F.Thesenvitz. <br />The Court further finds that said William F.Thesenvitz left surviving him, as his sole and on13 <br />heirs at law, the following: <br />Mary Thesenvitz, widow; <br />Mildred Thesenvitz, a daughter, aged 16 years. <br />Bessie Thesenvitz, a daughter, aged 10 years, <br />and that the aforesaid are the sole and only surviving heirs at law of said deceased, and that <br />the real estate hereinafter described passed and descended, under and by virtue of the laws of <br />the state of Nebraska, as follows: <br />pn <br />
