<br />, "Quarter (W.1 /2 of N.W.1 /4) of Section Thirty Four (34), the South West Quarter (s.W.1/4) of the
<br />;South West Quarter (S.W.1 /4) of Section Twenty Seven (27) and the North East Quarter (N.E.1 /4)'i
<br />of the North West Quarter (N.w.1/4) of Section Thirty Three (33) all being in Township Eleven
<br />(11) North of Range Nine (9) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian in Nebraska, in Hall County,;
<br />`Nebraska, to have and to hold the same to himself and to his heirs and assigns forever, subject,
<br />however, to the life estate of my wife as set forth in the Second paragraph or item of this Will;
<br />Provided, however, should nay said son, Hans Henrich Quelzow die prior to the decease of my said
<br />wife; then and in that case I give, devise and bequeath all of the said real estate mentioned
<br />in this paragraph or item to my son Wilhelm Nicolaus Guelzow, to have and to hold the same to
<br />himself and to his heirs and assigns forever, subject however, to the Life estate of my said
<br />wife as -set forth in the Second paragraph or item of this Will.
<br />Fourth:
<br />I give, devise and bequeath to my son Wilhelm Nicolaus Guelzow the East half of the North Kest
<br />Quarter (E.1 /2 of N.W.1 /4) of Section Thirty Four (34) and the North West Quarter (N.W.1 /4) of
<br />the North west Quarter (N.W.1 /4) of Section Thirty Three (33) all being in Township Eleven,
<br />North of Range Nine (9) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian in Nebraska, in Hall County, Ne-
<br />braska, to have and to hold the same to himself and to his heirs and assigns forever, subject
<br />however to the life estate in said land of my said wife as set forth in the Second paragraph or
<br />item of this Will; Provided however, should my said son Hans Henrich Guelzow die before my said
<br />wife ( in which case WilhelM Nicolaus Guelzow gets the land mentioned in the Third paragraph
<br />or item of this Will) then and in that case I give devise and bequeath all of the real estate
<br />mentioned in this item or paragraph to the heirs of the body of my son Hans Henrich Guelzow,
<br />subject however, to the 'life estate of my wife in said land.
<br />Fifth.
<br />I give, devise and bequeath to each of my six daughters, viz: Christine Margaretha Matthiesen,
<br />Minna Catharina Husmann, Emma Rosetta Guelzow, Maria Johanna Guelzow, Rosa Amanda Guelzow, and
<br />Anna Dorothea Guelzow,-the sum of Two hundred Dollars, to be paid to them within One year after
<br />the death of my wife, without interest.
<br />Sixth.
<br />I direct that upon my death my Executors, hereinafter named, shall take possession of all cash
<br />,money, notes, certificates of deposit or tither securities owned by me and after paying such
<br />items as mentioned in the First paragraph of this Will, they .shall invest the same and keep it
<br />!invested in interest bearing securities or in certificates of deposit bearing interest and pay
<br />all interest or profits derived therefrom to my wife as long as she shall live and all the
<br />balance of my personal property I give, devise and bequeath to my said wife for and during the
<br />term of her natural life. Within One year after the death of my said wife, if my said son Han
<br />Henrich Guelzow survives her, I direct that my said Executors shall pay out of my personal estate

<br />!which shall include such personal property as remains of what is herein given to my wife for 'l
<br />;life, One Half of the Legacies mentioned in item or paragraph "Fifth," hereof, and my said Boni;

<br />;!Hans Henrich Guelzow shall pay One Half of said Legacies, and upon said Legacies being paid in
<br />full I direct my Executors to divide the balance of my personal property, including Money, notl�s
<br />'and all other kinds of personal property, equally between my two sons, Hans Henrich Guelzow and
<br />Wilhelm Nicolaus Guelzow; Provided, however, should my said son Hans Henrich Guelzow depart
<br />this life prior to the death of my wife, then and in that case, I direct that all of said
<br />Legacies mentioned in paragraph of item "Fifth" hereof be fully paid by my said Executors out
<br />of my personal property and the balance of my personal property then remaining, including money,
<br />notes, and all other kinds of personal property, I give to my said son Wilhelm Nicolaus Guelz4,
