<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on th 
<br />30th day of August 1932, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of August 
<br />Moeller, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 24th day of September,193 
<br />said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as 
<br />the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said August Moeller,deoeased, 
<br />and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />of August Moeller, Deceased. ) 
<br />Now, on this 14th day of February, 1933, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report 
<br />of AugusteVoeller, executrix of the estate of August Moeller, deceased, after due notice of th 
<br />filing of said report and of the time and place appointed for the hearing, thereon, as by law 
<br />provided and the order of the court required, and no -one having appeared to object to, or protj st 
<br />�I 
<br />against the allowance of said report, 
<br />After a full examination of said report, the Court being duly advised in the premises, finds 1( 
<br />that the same is correct in every respect and ought to be allowed; that the executrix therein 
<br />has accounted for all property of said deceased coming into her hands or under her control) an 
<br />that there remains no money or other personal property in her possession for distribution. 
<br />The Court further finds that due notice is given to all creditors of said deceased, as to the 
<br />I� 
<br />time allowed and the place appointed for filing claims against said estate, that the time so 
<br />allowed for filing claims has fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed against said 
<br />estate have been paid and satisfied and that all claims outstanding against said estate have 
<br />been fully paid and settled and if there are any claims which have not been filed withit." -the I� 
<br />time allowed for the filing of claims, that the same are forever barred and excluded. 
<br />It is therefore, considered by the Court that the report of Auguste Moeller, executrix, be and 
<br />the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for her final account and that she should be 
<br />discharged of her trust as executrix. 
<br />The Court further finds that the said August Moeller departed this life on the 21st day of 
<br />i 
<br />August, 1932, that he was, at the time of his death, a resident and inhabitant of Hall County; 
<br />Nebraska, and that he left a last will and testament, which instrument was duly proved, allowe 
<br />and admitted to probate in this court on the 24th day of September, 1932, and that said will s 
<br />recorded in this office. 
<br />The Court further finds that the said August Moeller was, at the time of his death, the owner 
<br />fee simple title of the following described real estate, situate in Hall County, Nebraska,to -*fit: 
<br />Fractional Lot Two (2) in Block One (1) in Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Isl d, 
<br />Nebraska, and its complement, to -wit: Fractional Lot Two (2) in Block One Hundred twenty -six 
<br />(126) of the Union Pacific Railway Company's Second Addition to Grand Island, Nebraska, as Sur- 
<br />veyed) platted and recorded, and being the same premises conveyed to Hamilton L.Birney by war- 
<br />ranty deed, recorded in book 39, page 399 and by him and wife to G.W.Weeter, by warranty deed ji
