<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF AUGUST MOELLER
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, August Moeller, of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska
<br />being of sound mind and disposing memory do make, publish and declare this my Last Will and
<br />Testament in the manner and form following : -
<br />;
<br />1. I direct that all my funeral expenses, and just debts and expenses of my last sickness be
<br />first paid by my Executrix hereinafter named.
<br />11. Subject to the payment of my debts, as above set forth, I give, devise and bequeath to my
<br />beloved wife, Auguste Moeller, all of my property whether real, personal or mixed and where -
<br />ever situated and possessed by me at the time of my death, she to have the same absolutely an
<br />forever.
<br />111. I hereby name, nominate and appoint my beloved wife, Auguste Moeller, as Executrix of th�
<br />My Last Will and Testament, and hereby direct that she shall not be required to give any bond'`
<br />whatsoever as such Executrix.
<br />1V. I hereby revoke any and all former wills by me made.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF) I have hereunto signed my name to the foregoing instrument consisting on
<br />one page of typewritten matter this 26th day of April, A.D. 1923 at Grand Island, in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
