<br />After full examination thereof, the Court finds that said report is correct is all respects and

<br />ought to be allowed; that said Administratrix has accounted for all of said estate which came

<br />to her possession and that there remains no money or other property in her hands for distributi n

<br />'The Court finds that creditors of the said John A.BixenmanvL,deceased, were duly notified by I
<br />ublication for four consecutive weeks as required by law as to the time limit and place appoin ed
<br />or filing claims against said estate, that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expire ,
<br />hat all claims outstanding against said deceased, if any such there be, are forever barred; thJit
<br />o claims of any nature were filed against said estate.
<br />he Court further finds that the said John A.Bixenmann departed this life on the 29th day of
<br />1�
<br />uly, 1930, that at the time of his death he was a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that
<br />e died intestate, leaving surviving him as his heirs at law and only heirs at law, the follow-
<br />ng named persons, to -wit:
<br />Bixenmann, surviving widow, petitioner herein, residing at Alda, Nebraska, and Gladys E.
<br />troshein, a daughter, residing at Alda, Nebraska.
<br />e Court further finds that the said John A.Bixenmann was, at the time of his death, the own
<br />f the following described property, to -wit:
<br />,The East Half of the Northeast Quarter (EJN*) of Section Twelve (12) in Township Ten (10) North,
<br />of Range Eleven (11),West of the 6th P.M. containing eighty acres more or less, ac ord ng to th
<br />government survey hereof, also the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NI NW ) of �
<br />Section Seven (7) of Township Ten (10) North, of Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M. containing'
<br />thirty -seven acres and seventy -nine hundredths of an acre (37.39) more or less, according to th
<br />government survey thereof;
<br />and an undivided 11/20 interest in the following described property, to -wit: II
<br />The Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SWJ NWJ) of Section Seven (1) Township Ten (10)I
<br />North, of Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M. containing thirty -seven and ninety -three hundredt s
<br />acres (37.93)( more or less according to the government survey thereof,
<br />The East Half of the Northeast Quarter NEB) and the east seven acres of the North half of
<br />the West Half of the Northeast Quarter �N Wi NE}) of Section One (1) in Township Ten (10) Nort ,
<br />Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />and that under the laws of the state of Nebraska, said real estate passed and descended as �f

<br />ITo Emma Bixenmann, his wife, an undivided one -half thereof,
<br />To Gladys stroshein, his daughter, an undivided one -half thereof, subject to the homestead rig s
<br />of the said Emma Bixenmann therein.
<br />�It is therefore ordered by the court that the report of the administratrix be, and the same is,j
<br />i!hereby approved and allowed as and for her final account and she is discharged of her trust.

<br />11It is further considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever barred from
<br />filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of John A.Bixenmann, deceased.
<br />Jt is further considered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that all of the right, title and
<br />`interest of John A.Bixenmann in and to the East Half of the Northeast Quarter (* NE+) of
<br />!Section Twelve (12) in Township Ten (10) North, of Range Eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M. oon-

<br />Itaining eighty acres more or less, according to the government survey thereof, also the North-
<br />1west Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW+ NWt;) of section seven (7) of Township Ten (10) Norti
<br />of Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M. containing thirty -seven acres and seventy -nine one -hun-
<br />dredths of an acre (37.79) more or less according to the government survey thereof, and the
<br />Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SWk NWT) of section seven (7) Township Ten (10)
<br />North of Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M. containing thirty -seven acres and ninety -three
<br />hundredths of an acre, (37.93), more or less according to the government survey thereof; also
<br />the East Half of the Northeast Quarter (* NE+) and the East seven acres of the North Half of
<br />the West Half of the Northeast Quarter (NJ TJ NE +) of Section One (1) in Township Ten (10),
<br />North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M., did pass and descend at his death, under and
