<br />!that the fair cash value thereof, at the time of the death of the deceased, did not exceed the,
<br />sum of $6400.00, and the nephews and nieces of the deceased, or any of them, or said premises,!

<br />=That Nellie Quigle, as executrix of the will and estate of the deceased, has performed and don$
<br />leach and everything necessary and proper for the full, complete and valid administration of the

<br />estate of the deceased, and she should be discharged, and her bond cancelled and acquitted of i
<br />Tall liability herein, and the court finds that each and all of the allegations of the p6tition
<br />lof the'executrix for final settlement herein, are true.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND DECREED BY THE COURT:
<br />'That any and all claims of liability against the estate of the deceased should be and they are

<br />hereby fore -wer barred.

<br />j That the persons named and described in the findings as the next of kin of the deceased, and
<br />the only persons interested in his estate, should be and they are hereby decreed to be his nex
<br />of kin, and the beneficiaries under the will of the deceased.
<br />That all of the personal property owned by the deceased at the time of his death, and constitu -
<br />ing a part of the assets of the estate of the deceased, should be and the same is hereby distr b-
<br />uted to Nellie Quigle, the widow of the deceased, absolutely, in accordance with the terms of
<br />the will of the deceased, and the executrix of said est_�.te is authorized and instructed to
<br />execute and deliver to Nellie Quigle, an assignment of the mortgages described in the inventor
<br />herein.
<br />That the following described real estate, to -wit; Lot 31 in Nelson's Addition to Hastings,
<br />Nebraska, should be and the same is hereby assigned to Nellie Quigle, absolutely, in accordant
<br />with the terms of the will of the deceased.
<br />That a life estate in and to the following described real estate, to -wit;
<br />West Half of Northwest Quarter of Section 16, in township 9, north,range 9,West 6th P.M. in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />South Half of Northeast Quarter of Section 17, toTsmship 9, north,range 9,'Nest 6th P.M. ,Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />Northeast Quarter of Section 24, township 9,north,range 9,West 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska
<br />be and the same is hereby assigned to Nellie Quigle, the widow of the deceased, for her life,
<br />in accordance with the terms of the will of the deceased.
<br />That subject to the life estate therein of Nellie Quigle, the following described real estate,
<br />to -wit:
<br />North Half of South Half of Northeast Quarter of Section 17, township 9, north,range 9, Vest
<br />6th P.U. Hall County, Nebr.
<br />be and the sarne is hereby assigned to Lewis Quigle, a nephew of the deceased, in accordance
<br />with the terms of the will of the deceased.
