<br />!said Lewis Quigle, deceased, which vva.s filed in this Court, on the 21st day of September, A.D.
<br />1932, and being the instrument to which ttLis is annexed, was duly proved, approved, probated
<br />and allowed, as the last will and testament of the said Lewis Quigle, deceased, in and for the
<br />i
<br />State of Nebraska; and it was ordered to be recorded in the records of the County Court afore -
<br />said.

<br />The the court, by order herein, fixed and designated the time within which claims might be
<br />filed against the estate of the deceased,and notice thereof was given as provided and required
<br />by law, and the order of the court, and the time so limited has expired and no claim has been
<br />filed against the estate, and all claims of every nature and kind against the estate of the
<br />deceased have become and should be and are by the court barred. f
<br />That the expense incident to the last illness and death of the deceased, and the expenses of
<br />administration, have been fully paid.

<br />That the deceased left surviving him as his next of kin and the persons interested in his esta�e,

<br />Nellie Quigle, widow of the deceased, resident of Hastings, Nebr.
<br />Lewis Quigle, nephew, a resident of Avon, Illinois.
<br />Henry Quigle, nephew, resident of Doniphan, Nebraska.
<br />Marie Ehler, who for more than ten years prior to the death of the deceased lived in the home f
<br />the deceased, and who stood in the acknowledged relation to her of a pareb -t, a
<br />resident of Hastings, Nebraska. !j
<br />011ie Sheaff Mangels, niece, resident of Fullerton, Nebraska.
<br />George Sheaff, nephew, resident of Fullerton, Nebraska.
<br />Frank Sheaff, nephew, resident of Fullerton, Nebraska.

<br />That all of the presonal property owned by the deceased at the time of his death, and forming
<br />a part of the assets of the estate of the deceased should be distributed to Nellie Quigle, the
<br />widow of the deceased, absolutely, in accordance with the terrois of said. will .
<br />That the residence property, where the deceased resided at the time of his death, referred to
<br />in and devised by the last sentence of the "Second Paragraph of the will of the deceased, to-
<br />wit: -Lot 31, in Nelson's Addition to Hastings, Nebraska, should be assigned in fee simple, in
<br />accordance with the will of the deceased, to Nellie Quigle.
<br />That a life estate in and to the following described real estate should be assigned to Nellie
<br />Quigle, for her life, to -wit:
<br />Pest Half of Northwest Quarter of Section 16, township Q, north, range 9,17est 6th P.M.., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and
<br />South Half of Northeast Quarter of Section 17, township 91 north, range 9,T'"est 6th P.M.Hall
