<br />I direct that all of my just debts, including the expenses of my last sickness, death and
<br />burial, be paid as soon as can conveniently be done after my death.

<br />I am divorced from my wife and I give her nothing in this will. I have two children,,a boy,
<br />Otis D., and a girl, Fern. Both of these children are grown and I give them nothing in this
<br />will.

<br />To my brother Charles W.Stout, of Grand Islan d,Nebraska, I give, devise and bequeath all of my
<br />property, both real and personal and wheresoever situated, the same to be his absolute. I do

<br />this because my estate is not large, and my brother has made a home for me and cared for me
<br />during my sickness, and what I possess will no more than compensate him for the care he has
<br />bevtowed upon me. j

<br />I hereby nominate my brother Charles W.Stout to be executor of this my last will and t estamentl
<br />and request that he be permitted to qualify without furnishing any sureties on his bond as
<br />such executor.

<br />I hereby revoke any and all former wills by me made.

<br />of Joe F.Stout, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 11th day of October
<br />1932, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probate and
