<br />same is hereby 4ssigned to Matthew C.Carey, subject to one -half of the mortgage on said land,
<br />and on condition that he pay each of his brothers and sisters the sum of $100.00 as provided in!
<br />the terms and conditions of the will of his beloved father, now deceased, which shall constitute
<br />a charge against said real estate, free and clear of all debts, claims, and demands allowed
