<br />effecting collection of the $75.00 Government pension check as recited above, and when collect *d,
<br />to be divided equally between Homer Loucks and Carrie L.Loucks.
<br />6. That when the administrator shall have filed in this court receipts and vouchers for the
<br />amounts as hereinbefore assigned, that he be discharged from said trust, and his letters of
<br />administration cgncelled and annulled.

<br />I, George B.Loucks, a resident of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and
<br />;memory, but mindful of the uncertainties of this life, do make, publish and declare the f ollowj

<br />1. I direct that all of my just debts, the expenses of my last sickness and burial, the purcha e

<br />2. To my beloved wife Adell Loucks, I give, devise and bequeath:
<br />(a) All of the presonal property of which I may die possessed after the payment of the items
<br />mentioned in paragraph 1 above. G+
<br />(b) The property on Lincoln Avenue which is now used and occupied as our home, including all o1
<br />the land in connection therewith.
<br />(c) The East 120 acres of Section 34, in township 9, north, range 9, West of the 6th P.M. Hall;
