<br />"The North half of the Southeast Quarter (NL15- S*) of Section 13, and the Southwest Quarter
<br />of Section Twenty -three (23) all in Township Ten (10) Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M. in

<br />that under the laws of the state of Nebraska said real estate did descend at his death, to his]
<br />mother, Margaret Boag, in fee simple title. y
<br />It is therefore considered by the court that the report of the administratrix and administratol
<br />be, and the same is, hereby approved and allowed as and for his final account and he is discha
<br />of his trust.

<br />It is further considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever barred from j
<br />filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of John A.Boag, deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that the said estate was subject to inheritance tax, that an appraiser]
<br />for inheritance tax was appointed, that the amount of inheritance tax against said estate was ;

<br />the sum of $53.59, which amount the Court finds has been paid to the County Treasurer of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska as by law provided.
<br />It is therefore considered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that all of the right, title and!I

<br />interest of the said John A.Boag in and to the
<br />North half of the Southeast Quarter (Nj SEJ) of Section 131 and the Southwest Quarter (SWk) of
<br />Section Twenty -three (23) all in Township Ten (10) Range Nine (9) West of the bth P.M. in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />did pass and descend at his death under and by virtue of the law of descent of the state of
<br />Nebraska, to Margaret Boag, mother of John A.Boag, deceased, in absolute title.
<br />It is further considered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that all of the personal property
<br />belonging to the said John A.Boag did pass and descend to his mother Margaret Boag in absolut
<br />title and that the personal property in the hands of the administratrix and administrator be c1me
<br />the absolute property of the said Margaret A.Boag on the death of the said John A.Boag, deceased.
<br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that the personal property in the hani is
<br />of the administratrix and administrator of said estate be paid over to Margaret Boag and that
<br />upon the filing of her receipt for said property, the said administratrix and administrator be

<br />Jessie Morton and Rudolph H.Niklaus, administratrix and administrator of the estate of John A.
<br />Boag, have filed with the Court, 4 receipt executed by Margaret Boag, acknowledging receipt of
<br />f all the personal property -in their hands as shown by the finalreport,.and said report having t
<br />assigned to the said Margaret Boag, the estate is closed and said administrator and administra
