<br />Now on this 31st day of January, 1933, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report
<br />filed herein by Emil H.Vieregg, executor of the estate of Henry Vieregg, deceased and upon his
<br />petition for the approval and allowance of said report for the settlement of said estate, and
<br />his discharge herein, and the Court having examined the records and files herein and being dul
<br />advised in the premises, finds that Emil H.Vieregg filed his petition in this Court on the 7th'
<br />day of January, 1927, alleging that Henry Vieregg departed this life on the 30th day of Decem-
<br />ber, 1926) being at the time of his death, a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and the owner of an estate to be administered in said County, that he left a Last Will and
<br />Testament; that the prayer of said petition requested that said will be admitted to probate as!
<br />the Last Will and Testament of said deceased, and that the petitioner named therein as executo
<br />be duly appointed to administer said estate undertht terms and provisions of said will, that
<br />'upon the filing of said petition, an order was entered fixing the time and place for hearing
<br />the evidence in support of said petition and giving notice thereof as required by law, that
<br />said hearing was held as heretofore ordered by the Court and said will being duly admitted to
