All of the above described property is hereby'; devised subject to the life estate of my beloved wife. NINETH I an the owner of certain mining interests located in Pennington County, South Dakota and I hereby direct my Executor hereinafter named to sell and dispose of all of my said in- terests in Pennington County without application to or authority from any court whatsoever and, divide the proceeds thereof as follows, to- wit: One -tenth to Louise Lorentzen, one -tenth to Malvina Roeser; one -tenth to Emil H.Vieregg) one -tenth to Oscar A.Vieregg; one -tenth to Ottili;e Vieregg; one -tenth to Henrietta Vieregg; one -tenth to Elsie Vieregg; one -tenth to Henry F. Vieregg; one -tenth to the surviving children of Albert Vieregg, deceased in equal shares to each and one -tenth to the surviving children of William Vieregg, deceased, in equal shares to each. TENTH During my life time, I have advanced certain moneys to my deceased son, William F. Vieregg, and he having received his share of my property during his life time, I give, devisei! and bequeath to his surviving children, Frederick, Alice Vieregg, Frances Vieregg and Elsie Vieregg, the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar each. ELEVENTH: I am the owner of certain undivided patent interests in and to a patent obtained on± parachute and a patent obtained upon a fire escape, both of which patents are recorded in theli U.S.Patent Office at Washington, D.C.
