<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF HENRY VIEREGG
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, Henry Vieregg, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make, publish and declare this my Last Will and
<br />Testament in the manner and form following, to -wit:
<br />expenses
<br />FIRST: I direct that all my just debts, funeral expenses,�,of my last sickness and of administe
<br />ing my Estate be paid out of my insurance money. If that be insufficient; I authorize my Exe
<br />for to sell as much of my real estate as may be necessary to pay said debts and obligations.
<br />SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Caroline Vieregg, all of my property
<br />both real and personal and wherever situated and by me owned at the time of my death, she to
<br />tl�have the same for and during her natural life time, she to have the income and profits of all

<br />` of my real estate and the use and income and profits of all of my personal property.

<br />THIRD: I hereby authorize and empower my Executor hereinafter named to sell and convey Lot Six
<br />(6) in Block Eighty (90) in the Original Town now City of Grand Island,Nebraska, and to divide
<br />the proceeds in five equal shares as follows: One -fifth (1/5) to my beloved daughter Louise
<br />Lorentzen; One -fifth (1/5) to my beloved daughter Malvina Roeser; one -fifth (1/5) to my belove�
<br />son Emil H.Vieregg; one -fifth (1/5) to my beloved son Oscar A.Vieregg; and one -fifth (1/5) to
<br />the children of my deceased son, Albert Vieregg, namely, Pauline Vieregg, John Vieregg and
<br />Robert Vieregg, the said one -fifth to be divided between them equally.
<br />FOURTH: I have heretofore advanced to my daughter Malvina Roeser, certain sums of money and I.

<br />direct that she repay to my executor the sum of Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars and that said
<br />sum be divided in five equal shares and in the same manner as the preceding paragraph.
<br />FIFTH: I hereby authorize my Executor to sell said Lot Six (6) without application to or
<br />.authority from any court whatsoever, he being given absolute ana unlimited power to sell and
<br />convey said lot and divide the proceeds as above set forth, all subject to the life estate of
<br />my beloved wife.
<br />SIXTH: Subject to the life estate given my beloved wife, I give, devise and bequeath to my
<br />daughter Louise Lorentzen the sum of Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars.
<br />SEVENTH: Subject to the life estate given my beloved wife, I give, devise and bequeath the
<br />South Half of Lot Five (5) in Block Eighty (80) in the Original Town now City of Grand Island,
