<br />NOW on this 24th day of January, 1933, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report
<br />filed herein by John Windolph, executor of said estate, and upon his petition for the ap
<br />and allowance of said report, settlement of said estate and his discharge herein, and the
<br />Court having examined said report, together with the vouchers and receipts attached thereto,
<br />and all other files and records in sand estate, and being fully advised in the premises, fin
<br />as follows: —
<br />That John Windolph filed his petition in this Court on the 11th day of December, 1930, allegi
<br />among other things, that Anna Windolph departed this life a resident and inhabitant of the
<br />District of Columbia of the United States of America on the 1st day of April, 1930, and at th
<br />time of her death she was the owner of an estate to be administered in Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />that she-left a last will and testament wherein the petitioner was named executor, which in-
<br />strument was duly admitted to probate in the Supreme Court of the District of Columbia on the,,
<br />16th day of September, 1930, and that a duly authenticated copy thereof, including probate
