<br />Testament of -Anna E.Windolph, deceased, the Proof of the subscribing witnesses thereto; the
<br />Decree of the Court admitting said Will to probate and record; Also Letters Testamentary issue
<br />to John Windolph September 19, 1930.
<br />I FURTHER CERTIFY, That said Will was duly executed, proved and admitted to probate and record
<br />in accordance with the laves and usuages of the District of Columbia, and that the probate of
<br />said Will has not been set aside or annulled.
