WINDOLPH <br />Deceased. <br />ORDER FOR PROBATE <br />Upon consideration of the petition of John Windolph, filed herein on the 29th day of August, <br />A.D. 1930, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that all of the adult heirs at <br />law and next of kin have consented to the probate of the will, and that the minor heir at law' <br />and next of kin has been served with process, and that the answer of the guardian ad litem <br />duly appointed for the infant respondent has been filed, and that the last will and testament <br />of Anna E.Windolph, deceased, dated the 18th day of April, 1928) has been duly proved by the <br />oaths of the subscribing witnesses thereto, and no objection to the probate of said will hav- <br />ing been filed, it is, by the Court, this 16th day of September, A.D. 1930• i <br />ADJUDGED, ORDERED AND DECREED, that the said will be and the same is hereby admitted to proba e <br />and record as a will of both real and personal property, and that letters testamentary do <br />issue to John Windolph, the executor named therein, upon his giving an undertaking in the <br />
