THE LAST WILL OF ANNA WINDOLPH. <br />I, Anna Windolph, a resident of the District of Columbia, do hereby make this my last will and <br />.;testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made. <br />I, appoint my husband, John Windolph, executor of this will. <br />P <br />To my said husband, I give all of my personal property to be his forever, out of which,howeverii <br />he shallpay all of my debts, expenses of last illness, cost of probating this will, a suitable' <br />monument on my grave as well as all inheritance and estate taxes which may accrue to apy state, <br />the District of Columbia, a.nd the United States. <br />I . <br />1I further give and devise to my said husband the use and income from all of my real estate or <br />';mixed property for and during the term of his natural life time. He shall pay all the taxes <br />'and keep said property in as good a condition as the same may be at the time of my death, and <br />;:shall keep said premises well insured against fire and windstorm. <br />'IAt his death, all of my real estate or mixed property shall go to my son'John Francis and my <br />!son Edmund Aloysius Windolph, share and share alike forever.
