<br />this trust shall terminate, and all of the property held by said Trustee shall be surrendered
<br />and distributed to the said Antonia Plath to become her absolute property. During the term of
<br />.the trust all Of the net income received by said Trustee after deduction of taxes, fees, ex-
<br />,penses and maintenance, shall be paid to Antonia Plath for her personal use and benefit, as it'
<br />,,may accumulate from time to time. It shall be the duty of the Trustee to keep the real estate,
<br />;rented at all times so far as possible in order to obtain the maximum income there -from. All
<br />principal sums of money shall be invested and re- invested in sound interest bearing securitiest'
<br />!'such as Government Bonds, Nebraska Municipal Bonds or Nebraska First Real Estate Mortgages. I$
<br />,prior to the time when this trust will terminate, an emergency or situations should arise whero
<br />by the usual income from this trust is not sufficient to meet the needs or requirements of my
<br />said daughter, and in the estimation of the Trustee such emergency or situation exists and
<br />;:justifies an additional sum of money, then in that event at the discretion of the Trustee and
<br />with the sanction of the Court I hereby authorize and direct the said Trustee to sell, transfel,
<br />,mortgage, lease or convey such portions of the real or personal property as may be necessary to
<br />.''provide funds or relief in the situation which may exist.
<br />LASTLY, I hereby make, constitute and appoint the Grand Island Trust Company of Grand Island, J
<br />,Nebraska, as Executor and Trustee, of this my Last Will and Testament.
