<br />I, Gertrude Plath, of Grand Island,Hall County) Nebraska, do hereby declare this to be my Last

<br />Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills and testamentary instruments by me made.
<br />I order and direct that my Executor shall pay all of just debts and funeral expenses as soon
<br />after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />1. After the payment of such debts and expenses, I order and direct my Executor to pay to the
<br />City of Grand Island such sum as may be required to insure permanent care of my burial lot in
<br />Grand Island Cemetery.

<br />12. In the event any of the beneficiaries named in paragraphs numbered 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, S,
<br />9, and 10 shall precede me in death, then in that event the bequest made to such deceased
<br />beneficiary shall be null and void and the amounts specified shall revert to and be considere
<br />a part of my residuary estate.
<br />13. All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal, I give,
<br />I devise and bequeath to the Grand Island Trust Company of Grand Island,Nebraska, or its suo-
<br />censors, in trust, however, for the account, use and benefit of my adopted daughter Antonia
<br />Plath as hereinafter provided.
<br />This estate shall be held in trust by the-Grand Island Trust Company, Trustee, until such tim
<br />as my said daughter, Antonia Plath, attains the age of thirty -five (35) years, at which time
