<br />P.Hansen, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 12th day of January 193
<br />said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed a
<br />the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Hans P.Hansen' deceased,
<br />the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />Now on this 24-th day of January, 1933, this cause came on to be heard on the Final Report of
<br />the executors and it appearing to the Court from the evidence and the records and files in th s
<br />case that notice of the filing of said Final Report and of this hearing has been given in the
<br />manner and form provided by law and there being no objections thereto, this Court, after havilg
<br />examined the records, claims, receipts and other documents now on file, finds that said repor
<br />is in all things accurate and correct and finds that all claims filed against this estate have
<br />been paid in full, and the executors have in said Final Report accounted for all the assets of
<br />said estate which have come into their knowledge or possession.
<br />The Court further finds that the time for filing claims has long since elapsed and that all
<br />claims filed in the estate have been paid in full.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT That all claims against the
<br />estate of Hans P.Hansen not now on file be and the same are hereby forever barred and preclud d.
<br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that the Final Account of the execut rs
<br />be and the same is hereby in all things ratified, approved and confirmed, and said executors
<br />are hereby discharged of their trust and the bond released.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate was not subject to inheritance tax under the laws of
<br />the United States of America or of the estate tax of the State of Nebraska, and that the cour
<br />costs and expense of administration have been paid in full.
