0 <br />III& d BA-11 UNDUARI <br />c.t.a. , heretofore filed, be and the same is hereby allowed as his true and final r eport and <br />that he is discharged from further acting as administrator., c.t.a., of said estate. <br />Upon further examination of the files herein, the Court finds that all of the property of the j <br />deceased which came into the hands of said administrator, c.t.a., has by him been duly account d <br />for, and this estate has been settled according to law. <br />f <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that said estate has been fully <br />administered, that all bills, claims and accounts filed against the deceased have been paid, <br />that there are no valid claims outstanding; that all Court Costs and attorney fees have been <br />paid, and that this estate is not subject to State Inheritance Taxes or Federal Estate Taxes, , <br />and all persons are enjoined from further filing any claims herein. <br />The Court further finds that the provisions of the Will of the deceased have been duly carried <br />out, and that all personal property has been reduced to cash and expended for the costs of <br />administration of said estate, and that under the terms and provisions of the will of said <br />deceased, the real estate, described as "undivided one -half interest in the Northwest Quarter <br />of Section Thirty -six (36),Township Eleven (11), Range Eight (S), in Hamilton County, Nebrask <br />j and "the undivided one -half interest in Lot One (1), Block Sixteen (16),Rollins Addition to t <br />i <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska," did descend to Martha Keilig, surviving widow o <br />said. deceased, for and during the term of her natural life, with power to sell any part there <br />in accordance with the terms of said will, and the remainder therein, in fee simple title, to <br />the children of said deceased, namely, Meta Keilig, Martin Keilig, Ernst (also known as Ernes <br />Keilig) Frank Keilig and Maria Keilig Koerner, share and share alike. <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate, hereinbefo <br />described, did pass and descend under and by virtue of the terms and provisions of said will, <br />as hereinbef ore found by the Court. <br />The Court further finds that Martin Keilig departed this life on the lst day of April, 1932, <br />resident and inhabitant of said Hall County, Nebraska, leaving a last gill, which instrument <br />was duly executed according to law, and that the testator was of sound mind and memory and <br />j freely executed said will in words and figures as follows, to -wit: <br />"THE LAST WILL OF MARTIN KEILIG <br />I, Martin Keilig, residing at No. 803 West Fifth Street in Grand Island, Nebraska, do make thl s <br />my last will hereby revolting all former wills. <br />I hereby empower my wife Martha Keilig to nominate the executor of this will. <br />To my said wife I give and devise all of my property for and during her natural life time. In <br />addition thereto she is empowered to sell and convey any of my property, in conjunction with <br />the executor named by her as mentioned above, whenever she finds that the income and rents <br />given her are insufficient to comfortably keep her. The net proceeds from such sale and con- <br />veyance shall be put out on interest as said executor may direct and the interest and income <br />therefrom shall go to my wif e# Should such income and interest be inadequate for her needs, <br />then she shall have as much of the principal as she may deem necessary. <br />The rest, residue and remainder of my estate I give to my five children, share and share alik , <br />and to their heirs forever, Martin, Ernest,Frank,Meta and Maria. <br />Done at Grand Island this 13" day of June, A.D.,1923. <br />Martin Keilig <br />The foregoing was at the date thereof signed, seal, published, and declared by said testator <br />as and for his last will in our presence and we in his presence and at his special request <br />in the presence of each other have signed our names as witnesses hereto. <br />Arthur C.Mayer <br />Vera Cottingham <br />E.G.Kroger " <br />n <br />
