<br />I, Anna Ottemoeller, of the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, being of sound mind and memory
<br />and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make, ordain,
<br />publish and declare this_to be my last WILL AND TESTAMENT:
<br />FIRST, I order and direct that my Executor hereinafter named, pay all my just debts and Tuner
<br />expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND, After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, devise and bequeath unto
<br />!my son John Ottemoeller the sum of One Thousand ($1000.00) Dollars.
<br />To my Daughter Anna Reher the sum of One Thousand ($1000.00) Dollars.
<br />To my daughter Gustie Engle the sum of One Thousand ($1000.00) Dollars.
<br />To my son Henry Ottemoeller the sum of One Thousand Five Hundred ($1500.00) Dollars.
<br />To my daughter Katie Ottemoeller the sum of One Thousand Five Hundred ($1500.00) Dollars. The
<br />foregoing devises to be and remain a charge on the real estate hereinafter disposed of until
<br />paid, and if not paid within six months after my death to bear interest at the rate of 7% per
<br />annum.
<br />I,THIRD, I give, devise and bequeath unto my son Fred Ottemoeller all of the rest and residue of
<br />,imy estate, both real and personal and mixed, to have and to hold, to him and his heirs forever
<br />Eeubject, however, to the legacies in paragraph two of this my last will and testament.
<br />u !!LASTLY, I make, constitute and appoint my son Fred Ottemoeller to be Executor of this my last
<br />Will and Testament, to serve without bond, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.
