That on the 21st day of June, 1932, saic <br />�iinstrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the <br />I11ast will and testament of the real and personal estate of said John S.Hayse, deceased, and the <br />(same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this <br />121st day of June, 1932• <br />Paul N.Kirk <br />(SEAL) County Judge. <br />i <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />it <br />'IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE ) FINAL DECREE. <br />11OF JOHN S.HAYSE, <br />DECEASED. <br />NOW on this 15th day of November, 1932, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report <br />jfiled herein by John E.Hayse, Executor of the Estate of John S.Hayse, Deceased, and upon his <br />!petition for the approval and allowance of said report, settlement of said estate and his dis- <br />i <br />'charge herein, and the Court having examined the records and files herein, and being fully ad- <br />I�vised in the premises, finds as follows:- <br />That John E.Hayse filed his petition in this Court on the 25th day of May, 1932, alleging, amon <br />, <br />other things, that John S.Hayse departed this life a resident and inhabitant of said County and <br />I <br />=State, on the 3rd day of May, 1932, and at the time of his death, he was the owner of an estate <br />into be administered in said County; that he legt a last will and testament, wherein the petition <br />l' <br />!`was named executor, which instrument, the petitioner asked to be admitted to probate in said <br />!Court as the last will and testament of said deceased, thereby confirming the appointment of th <br />(petitioner as executor and authorizing him to administer the assets of said estate in aocordanc <br />I <br />with the terms and provisions of said will; that upon reading and filing said petition, this <br />I1Court entered an order fixing the time and place for hearing the evidence in support of said <br />1petitiony and gave notice thereof to all interested parties by publishing said notice in the <br />Grand Island Independent, a legal newspaper published and circulated in said County, for three <br />isuocessive weeks as required by law; and that said hearing was held, as heretofore ordered by <br />i <br />(the Court, and as by law provided, and said,Will was admitted to probate as the last will and <br />`testament of said deceased, and John E.Hayse, named therein as Executor, was duly appointed <br />land Letters Testamentary granted to him upon his filing a bond as by law required. <br />!;That due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by the Cou <br />for filing claims against said estate by publication in the Grand Island Independent for three <br />successive weeks as provided by law, and that all persons having claims against said estate, <br />not filed within the time fixed by the Court, if any such there be, are forever barred, exclude <br />and enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate. <br />That said deceased departed this life leaving surviving him as his heirs at law, and only <br />! *h ai ra n+ l aw. l ootn+ano - AnTri once - 071A r%cron1^ o c-n+ i +1 eA +.. -1,., -- 4 - 1,s - - -i- i - - ,_ ., - - - I <br />r <br />
