<br />I, John S.Hayse, of Martin Township, Hall County, Nebraska, do hereby make, publish and declarLp
<br />this my last will and testament, as follows:

<br />All my debts, the expenses of my last sickness and my funeral expenses, I direct shall be paid,_
<br />I out of my personal property.
<br />I give and bequeath unto my son, John E.Hayse, all of my personal property of every kind.
<br />I give and devise unto my wife, Mary E.Hayse, all of the real estate which I shall own at the,
<br />time of my death, for and during her natural life; at her death, the remainder of said real
<br />estate shall vest in my son, John E.Hayse, subject to the payment of the legacies hereinafter
<br />made to my two daughters.
<br />I give and bequeath unto my two daughters, Alice D.Otto and Nancy B.Foster, one thousand
<br />dollars to each of them, payable upon the death of my said wife; and I hereby make the payment
<br />of these ;Legacies a charge upon all of the real estate which I shall own at the time of my
<br />death.
<br />The devise herein made to my wife is in lieu of any distributive share in my estate given her
<br />by law.
<br />I hereby constitute and appoint my son, John E.Hayes) executor of this my last will and
<br />testament, and request that no bond be required of him as such executor except his own per-
<br />sonal obligation. And I hereby revoke all former wills made by me.
