551 <br />FINAL DE <br />AM 5 R-A-11 VIDUART <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />In the matter of the estate ) <br />i <br />of FINAL DECREE <br />'Alonzo Stonehocker, Deceased. <br />Now, on this 8th day of November, 1932, this cause came on for hearing before the Court upon <br />the final account of Frances E. Stonehocker, Administratrix of the said estate, and her petiti <br />Ifor distribution, thereupon evidence was duly introduced, and the Court, being fully advised <br />the premises, finds from the evidence and from a careful examination of. the account that the <br />;same is true and correct, and that the said Administratrix has therein duly accounted for all <br />the real and personal assets belonging to said estate; that of the personal property there re— <br />;mains in the hands of said Administratrix farm machinery, four cows, three calves, three horse012 <br />;and a 1929 Ford automobile, all of the value of not to exceed two hundred dollars. <br />That the said Frances E.Stonehocker is the widow of the said Alonzo Stonehocker, deceased, and <br />jas such has claimed and is entitled to a widow's allowance in the sum of $200.00; that whe has <br />lagreed to accept the personal property aforesaid in lieu of said allowance, and that the same <br />L <br />i <br />should be ordered assigned and delivered to her, in lieu of her said widow's allowance. <br />IThe Court further finds that the said Alonzo Stonehocker died seized of the northeast quarter <br />of Section 28, Township 9 North, Range 10 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, in fee <br />f <br />simple, free and clear of liens and incumbrances; that all proceedings have been had for the <br />filing of the claims against said estate, that due notice of the time and place for filing <br />',claims has been given to all persons interested therein; that said time has fully elapsed and <br />all claims not filed are hereby forever barred and foreclosed; that the claims duly allowed <br />against the said estate, with the expenses of administration thereof and the expenses of pro- <br />curing the loan hereinafter referred to, amounted to the sum of $1500.00; there being no per- <br />sonal property with which to pay the said claims and expenses the said Administratrix duly <br />applied to the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, for a license to execute and deliver al <br />note and mortgage upon the said real estate for the purpose of procuring money to pay the said <br />claims, debts, and expenses of administration; that s,)ch license was duly granted, that the <br />I <br />said Administratrix duly executed the note and mortgage in accordance with the said license anq <br />thereby procured the sum of $1500.00, which she has fully expended in the payment of the said <br />claims,debts, expenses of administration and expenses of procuring said loan, all as shown by <br />her final account aforesaid. I <br />That the said Alonzo Stonehocker left surviving him the said Frances E.Stonehocker, his widow, <br />and the following other heirs at law, being the children of the said Alonzo Stonehocker and <br />Frances E.Stonehocker; Vernon N.Stonehocker, of Hall County, Nebraska; Edith Mohan, Gillette, <br />Wyoming; Hazel Couton, Loup City, Nebraska; John P.Stonehocker, Hall County, Nebraska;-and <br />Jean M.Stonehocker, a minor daughter, of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />That at the time of his death the said Alonzo Stonehocker and Frances E.Stonehocker resided up <br />the real estate hereinbefore described and the same comprised the homestead of the said partie #, <br />and said Frances E.StonehQcker is entitled to the use and benefit thereof for and during her <br />natural life. <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED AND DECREED that the said final account be, and the same is hereby, <br />approved and allowed, and the said Administratrix discharged from her trust; that the personal <br />property hereinbefore described be assigned and distributed to the said Frances E.Stonehoeker, <br />in lieu of her widow's allowance, and that the said real estate be assigned and distributed as, <br />follows: To Frances E.Stonehocker a life estate therein; to Frances E.Stonehocker an undivi <br />
